Measuring technology for air tools To ensure the torque of screw drivers, impulse wrenches or torque wrenches there are 2 different torque transducers available. Rotating torque transducer At rotating torque transducers the torque is checked directly at the joint. The torque transducer is connected with the screw driver or impulse wrench. After tightening the screw the required torque is displayed at an indicating device. Static torque transducers At static torque transducers the generated torque of the screw driver or impulse wrench is checked at a static device. Static torque transducers are especially applicable for checking click- and other torque wrenches. Reference measurements can be realized at screw drivers or impulse wrenches. That means that the indicated value of the static torque transducer has to be tested with a comparative measurement of the driver at the joint. Indicating devices ReadStar II as well as ReadStarTT are indicating devices which are simple to operate. ReadStar II can be combined with all static or rotating torque transducers. ReadStar II has an integrated torque transducer and is available in different sizes until max. 30 Nm. |
