The robust and high-capacity pneumatic grinder GL 16000 H or GL 12000 H is perfectly suitable for the burring of hollow spaces as e.g., motor blocks, tubes, turbine wheels or for the cleaning of welding seams.

The multifunctional tool can be converted by a conversion kit into a shorter version (type G 16000 H / G 12000 H) as well as for the connection of a flexible shaft DIN M10 x 30 (type GLA 16000 / GLA 12000 H).

By means of flexible extensions of 100 or 200 mm a total length of 1000 mm maximum can be reached.

Low vibration - 1,52 m/s²
The new air angle grinder reduces harmful vibrations of hand-operated tools.

GW 121 H is an angle grinder with strong rim hole with, 1100 Watt, for grinding wheels of max. 125 mm.

The installed autobalancer and the vibration handle make sure that the vibration values at the side handle reach 1,52 m/s² and at the machine housing 1,82 m/s². It complies with directive 2002/44/EG.

You can work the whole day with this tool and at the same time it treats your health with care.

Moreover, the autobalancer increases the productivity and reduces the abrasion of the grinding wheels. Further advantages are the cold-insulated handle and the low noise level. The installed speed regulator allows a lower air consumption and a strong rim hole.

The integrated spindle lock enables a fast change of tools.


Bended design
Standard angle grinders are equipped with a 90° bended cross head. GW 121 H works with an angle of 85° what enables a natural hand posture for both hands. The bending down of the wrist during grinding can thus be avoided. The modified setting-angle enables a more fatigue-proof grinding.

Small and robust
The countersink line is growing. Beside the successful types BS 502, BS 500 P and BSW 506 the type BSW 903 is also available. You can use HSS-head-countersinks for a sink scope of 2 - 10 mm.
