Your tasks / requirements

  • technical and commercial customer service by phone
  • Quotation preparation and follow-up  
  • Preparation for order processing
  • Processing of call orders
  • Price inquiries with suppliers
  • Monitoring of delivery times and inventories
  • Preparation of customer analyses to determine potential and requirements

 

Your profile

  • completed technical vocational training with commercial background desirable
  • professional experience in internal sales or field service desirable
  • customer orientation with good communication skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Flexibility, resilience and reliability
  • proficient in common MS Office applications
  • team-oriented way of working
  • open-mindedness towards new experiences
