Modular deflection unit
The modular system for your deburring processes.
With the new modular deflection unit SSU 60 you can combine many air motors, chamfering tools, filing machines or grinding spindles. The deflection can be adjusted radially upwards and downwards on one axis. The angle to the centre axis is +/- 5°.
Due to the modularity of the system, tools and deflection are separated. This gives many options to use different tools or be flexible if future processes or applications change. The system means that the maintenance of tools is simple, fast and cost reducing.
Deflection is monitored and controlled by sensors which, in addition to displaying the working range, also warn if the maximum deflection angle is exceeded. This is crucial to the prevention of unwanted collisions.
